CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Please confirm your appointments ahead of time. If you fail to confirm your appointment, your appointment may be cancelled.

  • If you need to make any changes, reschedule, or cancel please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Any last minute cancellations may be marked as a no show.

  • We give a 5 minute grace period. We get life happens! If something does happen and you are either running late or cannot make it, please be courteous and let us know ASAP.

  • If you do not show up for your appointment without any prior notice or if you make frequent last minute cancellations, you will be prohibited from making future appointments and will only be accepted as a walk-in client. It sucks! For you and for us. Keep in mind we do NOT charge deposits or cancellation fees as a convenience for you, so if you book an appointment we just ask that you please show up for it at the scheduled time! ◡̎
